Product Description

H-Class Polyester Glass Fiber Binding Tape is manufactured from twisted alkali-free glass fiber impregnated with specially formulated heat-curing unsaturated polyester resin. The semi-cured open-mesh structure ensures smooth unwinding without fraying or deformation during application.

After heat curing, the resin softens, flows evenly through the fiberglass, and forms a dense, high-strength insulating layer with excellent mechanical stability and electrical insulation. Designed for Class H (200°C) insulation systems, this tape is widely used for coil binding, transformer reinforcement, motor winding, and other demanding electrical insulation applications.

Its excellent thermal endurance, strong binding force, and efficient curing performance make it an ideal insulation material for manufacturers of motors, generators, transformers, and high-voltage electrical equipment.
